2022 Blanc de noirs

“Let’s get this party started. Seriously. Rose petal. Zesty citrus notes & a fine bead. The perfect aperitif. ” – Turon Wines

2022 chardonnay

92+ Points – “You get a mouthful of flavour here but you also get cut and drive. This is a very appealing chardonnay. Grapefruit pulp, white peach, brine, toast and cedar characters come laced with a (very) gentle infusion of burnt butter. It feels confident throughout, including on the finish. This is a good release.”– The Wine Front

The future of Chardonnay: balanced bright fruit with texture. An intriguing white wine you can deep dive into. – Turon Wines

2022 Pinot noir

30% whole bunches, 20% new oak for this Adelaide Hills pinot noir. This is a bit nervy and edgy with sweet-sour fruit characters running into clove, cedar and woodsmoke. The flavours themselves are attractive but it wants for harmony and flow.”– The Wine Front

“Layers of flavour, a Pinot that offers a lot. Have you ever seen something with hooves climb a tree and ask yourself: “How the hell did that, get there!?" For us, that's this Pinot.” – Turon Wines

2022 pinot gris

92 Points – “Wild fermented Adelaide Hills gris from a considered, smaller SA producer. When I see Turon, I also see TRON. What a movie. Both of them. And the Simpsons’ homage. Pleasingly greasy textured white with some shape and form, restraint and freshness. Strong pear vibes, a touch of cinnamon, licks of green apple and faint honey. It’s a well-judged rendition of the variety, delivering freshness and requisite gris form to convince those seeking fruitiness and some slip n slide. Nice one.”– The Wine Front

Brilliant platinum with green hues. Lifted guava, honeysuckle and crunchy pear. A long textural and mineral finish. – Turon Wines

2022 gamay

92 Points – “This is good. The feel is effusive, the weight attractive and the vibe one of joyous drinkability. The bone of herbal tannin, too, suggests that mid-term ageing is not out of the question. Red fruits, dried thyme and chinotto. I'd put money on this to develop in a positive fashion.” – Halliday, Australian Wine Companion 2022

Gamay is for the true wine drinker. It's honestly one of the most exciting varieties coming out of the Adelaide Hills at the moment. We are so excited to be releasing our own in our Hills Series this year. – Turon Wines
