After graduating from Adelaide University with a BA Oenology (Hons) in 2010 and completing countless vintages overseas, Turon returned to South Australia and sought out a patch in Lenswood, Adelaide Hills, to set up his own winery. Up in the Hills, where the altitude ensures cooler nights and fresh vibrancy in the grapes, Turon has applied his years of experience to make wines of exceptional complexity, intensity and flavour. With vineyards under conversion to biodynamics, sustainability and the health of the environment are at the forefront of all winemaking practices. Turon’s wines are vegan friendly, with grapes and wines made with minimal intervention to allow the greatest expression of varietal character and terroir.
