2014 Tsitska (white)

No skin contact, aged in qvevri for 9 months. Good acidity and low tannins, this wine is incredibly drinkable. Sunny, floral nose with hints of flower pollen. Oily, rich and warm, very approachable.

2016 cHINURI (AMBER; CLOUDY)

The name “chinuri” comes from the Georgian word “chinebuli” meaning “excellent” or “the best”. Light golden colour and dry flavour of acacia honey, meadow herbs and sagebrush. Herbal tannins and almond bitterness, typical characteristics of this variety.

2016 Mtsvane (RICH amber)

Fermented on wild yeasts in qvevri, skin and half stem contact for 7 months, aged in qvevri for 16 months. Full bodied, deep buckwheat honey in colour. Full flavours of dried apricots, honeydew and sweet spices typically attributed to sweet wines but here in a drier palate with strong tannic structure.

2016 rKATSITELI/mTSVANE (AMBER; CLOUDY)

70% Rkatsiteli and 18% Mtsvane with skin and stem contact for 4 months before aging in qvevri for 16 months. Light amber in the glass, with an intense nose of dried apricots, melon, and oriental spices. Rich layered taste and strong tannin structure.
